Tooth (12/2.4) featured chronic, persistent suppuration upon access and featured a very deep distogingival margin. The Garrison DME (ReelMatrix) bands were used with a SuperMat handle to rebuild the cervicomarginal height before transitioning to a Slickband and Compositight 3D Fusion system to complete the contact and proximal reconstruction. The marginal ridge was left thicker than normally for increased resistance strength during the Stage 2/Stage 3 appointment. The #13 was completed using Slickbands and the same setup and a single shade of A2 Grandio SO with Final Touch Brown as the tint.
