GRADE 2 mobility tooth #19 featuring an undermined ML cusp which did not “ping” off during preparation and intentional pressure so guess what, just decided to keep it =) The tooth has been given a terminal prognosis, so this restoration is just to keep the tooth going until the patient decides it’s time she wants it out. It is the only tooth she masticates on.
