Massive violation of biologic width with these old all ceramic indirect restorations on 7-10 which were replaced with the addition of tooth 12. A DSD-guided approach allowed simultaneous correction of hard and soft tissue proportions in this very satisfying case. Excessive preparations had the Biobases reconstructed using microincremental bonded composite prior to final impressions.
