Traumatic Fracture of Tooth from Heavy Bite

B U L L | SHARK.  This patient is an ex-baseball player with hypertrophy of his masseters.  These teeth were restored previously and the restoration debonded through cyclical masticatory force.  Early dentin caries on the M of the second molar was removed intraoperatively and restored prior to the first molar This restoration was completed using a single shade of Kerr Simplishade Medium after neutralizing the dark base using microlayers of XL2 Herculite Ultra flowable.
