First taste of Ultradent Forma in Australasia with this new zirconia nanohybrid composite.
The goals of treatment were to replace old partial coverage composite restorations we placed 11 years ago. As these teeth were status-post trauma, one can appreciate how the entire facial surface has suffered from a decrease in value and intensification of chroma.
Shades used: Ultradent Forma WD, WE, B1(B), Trans (T), white tint.
