Digital Smile Design-guided direct esthetic reproportioning of teeth in this 4 unit case. The patient did not want to include the canines, despite a strong suggestion to do so. Gingivo-osseous recontouring was completed via closed flap crown lengthening using the Ultradent Gemini Superpulsed diode laser (1.2W) and Kois Bakeman Wedelstaedt chisel.

Ultradent Mosaic EN (Enamel Neutral), ET (Enamel Trans), A1 (A1 Dentin), white tint
Skulpting completed using the new Hu-Friedy AkroFlex (the forever brush – as long as you don’t bend it more than 45 degrees on the regular).
